Officers of the Rotary Club of West El Paso

Each officer serves a one year term. The President conducts all club meetings. During his absence meetings will be held by the President-Elect or the Vice-President. The office of President, President-Elect and Vice President can only be filled by a club member in good standing who has previously completed a full term either as secretary, treasurer or a director of the Rotary Club of West El Paso.

About Officers: 2010-2011 Term

Immediate Past President: LuAnn Wieland
LuAnn is a native of Lebanon, PA and has been in El Paso for 30 years. The last 11 years were spent as the Fund Development Director of the YMCA of Greater El Paso, then becoming COO, before retiring in January of 2008. She is now the marketing manager for United Blood Services. LuAnn has been involved in several civic organizations over the years and is currently on the board of Candlelighters of El Paso. Her husband Tim, is a native El Pasoan and is the branch manager for Sierra Title westside. We are members of University Presbysterian Church and have three children and six grandchildren. Her time at the YMCA, and raising children didn't allow for many outside interests, but she loves to work out with weights and fast walking, reading and working her business as an Independent Mary Kay Cosmetics consultant. LuAnn also loves to shop, ski and go to UTEP football and basketball games. She looks forward to this year as Club President and truly appreciates all that Rotary stands for.
