 Officers of the Rotary Club of West El PasoEach officer serves a one year term. The President conducts all club meetings. During his absence meetings will be held by the President-Elect or the Vice-President. The office of President, President-Elect and Vice President can only be filled by a club member in good standing who has previously completed a full term either as secretary, treasurer or a director of the Rotary Club of West El Paso. | ||||||
