Officers of the Rotary Club of West El Paso

Each officer serves a one year term. The President conducts all club meetings. During his absence meetings will be held by the President-Elect or the Vice-President. The office of President, President-Elect and Vice President can only be filled by a club member in good standing who has previously completed a full term either as secretary, treasurer or a director of the Rotary Club of West El Paso.

Treasurer: Joanne Latimer

Joanne was raised in the former British Colony of Belize. Joanne moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1984 to attend the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque and graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance in 1988. She lived in Germany for three years, prior to moving to El Paso, Tx in 1992. Since then, she has been employed in the mortgage banking and brokerage business and in 1988, she opened her mortgage brokerage, Mortgage Professionals, Inc. Joanne's father who lives in Belize has been a Rotarian for over 40 years and he was the District Governor for Belize, Guatemala and Honduras from 2007-2008. As they say, "the apple does not fall far from the tree". Joanne is married to David Latimer and has a daughter, Zoe and two step children, Leslie and Andrew. Joanne is an alumni of Delta Sigma Pi and has served on the board of the El Paso Association of Mortgage Brokers. Joanne's hobbies include, playing tennis, horse back riding, diving, snorkeling, traveling and spending time with her two year old daughter, Zoe.
