Directors of the Rotary Club of West El Paso

The term of office of the directors is two years; staggered in such a way that half of them is elected each year. It shall be the duty of the directors to preside over the standing committees representing the various avenues of service as defined in THE OBJECT OF ROTARY, and any other standing committee that may be created.

President Elect: David Veloz
David is the Executive Director for United Blood Services of the Rio Grande. He has worked with the non-profit organization for the past 10 years. A life-long El Pasoan, he graduated from UTEP with a BBA and is currently working on his Master’s degree from UTEP. David also serves on the Boards of Candlelighters and Mt. Franklin Kiwanis.
