Directors of the Rotary Club of West El Paso

The term of office of the directors is two years; staggered in such a way that half of them is elected each year. It shall be the duty of the directors to preside over the standing committees representing the various avenues of service as defined in THE OBJECT OF ROTARY, and any other standing committee that may be created.

About Directors: 2008-2009 Term

Each director shall select a club member in good standing as his or her alternate who is qualified and capable of serving the respective director's position should circumstances require the director currently holding the office to step down, or to represent the director at board meetings and any other functions should the director be unable to attend, and cast his/her vote. Each alternate will require board approval.
